The Workspace Window

By default, Workspace opens in Lesson mode. You’ll notice the main

Workspace floating toolbar on your desktop. The toolbar allows you

to:

• Quickly access frequently used tools.

• Select from all available Workspace tools.

• Customize preferences, such as tools on the main toolbar, default

page backgrounds, screen capture settings, and the default folder

for saving presentation files.

• Select the main Workspace menu to access online help, file

distribution options, editing options, and to exit Workspace.
