Add SWF files to your

presentation.

1. Click on the tool and select

an SWF flash file from the

directory.

2. Click on the green arrow to

activate the flash file.

3. Use the Selection tool to

move, resize, or delete the

flash file.

Note: Only two (2) flash files are

allowed per page.

Type Text Add typed text.

1. Select the Text tool from the

Toolbar.

Change font properties

before you begin typing.

2. Click where you want the

Text window to display and

begin typing.

3. When you have finished

typing, select the Selection

tool. The Text window closes

and the text is placed on the

page.
